How Does Our Wellness Plan Work?
Our Wellness Plan is easy to navigate. Simply call our office, scan the QR code, or you can enroll in-person. When you pay your fee, your benefits can be used immediately, so you won’t have to worry about missing out on any savings. Your plan will start on the day you enroll and end exactly a year later. Any unused benefits will not roll over to the next year.

- 20% discount for restorative and major procedures. Payment for these services is due at the time of treatment to receive the discount.
